Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und genau das, was sie auch verspricht. Alles ist sauber und bietet sehr guten Komfort. Die BTS ist nah und man kommt zu jeder Sehenswürdigkeit gut. In der Nähe sind auch Läden und Restaurants. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher und empfehlen es jedem!

From the interior decoration, to the layout, to the convenience in terms of locations, responsiveness, flexibility, and host experience itself is on another level. When we arrived, the place was spotless, clean and hygenic, with a pleasant scent. The interior is well thought out, highlighting especially the sun-room, as it captures nature and the golden rays of the sun quite perfectly as you sip on your tea and enjoy a lovely conversation. The place truly felt better than home, with the cozyness to match. Whoever curated the interior design has certainly put in their heart and soul into creating an art piece you can stay in. The location is great, very close to Thong Lor BTS, which connects easily to the MRT a few stops down, along with a restaurant downstairs and highly recommended to visit Totonoi Sauna after a long day. It's located in a low traffic area, so it's calm and peaceful. I would like to thank Eid and his team Co-property for the exceptional stay and service.

The place was very clean. I had everything I wanted, and the owners were very nice. The door lock was not that stable. Someone could easily force open the door if they wanted to.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This place is absolutely stunning — the most beautiful and stylish accommodation I’ve ever stayed in! Every detail of the design feels thoughtful and inspiring. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everything was perfect throughout my stay. One small note: during rush hours at night, the hot water in the bathtub might not be as hot as expected, but it’s still warm and comfortable enough for a nice soak. Overall, a wonderful experience — highly recommended!

Eid was an incredible host with an incredible property. Very responsive and helpful to our needs. Loved the location, easy access to BTS Train, restaurants, mall and massage facilities. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is perfectly located for nightlife and dining. The condominium is well appointed and is one of the best apartments in the building of which I have previously stayed on multiple occasions. I appreciate the fact the it is located on the well lit hallway which overlooks the outside garden lounge area and is only one floor away from the exercise room, pool and indoor living room lounge. Not to mention fast Internet.

The Brickhaus was just perfect for my mother and I to stay a few weeks. The unit was in excellent shape,everything was as advertised and clean as a whistle:) There are wonderful restaurants nearby. Also, the Paris Cafe became a favorite along with Cheesecake house which had delicious food and incredible service. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much for having us:)

I loved staying in this room! The room has been decorated and furnished beautifully. It made for a nice change to staying in the typical Bangkok condos. The location can't be beaten for Bangkok. There are coffee shops nearby and major shopping outlets not far. The bed is to die for! It's huge and has a mattress topper making it super comfortable. Really good value for money. Whenever I had a question or request they responded almost immediately and helped me out. Highly recommend!

Thank you very much, this place is exactly like in a photo. Room is beautiful. They also have a private parking that is convenient for me. Location is great. We have a great time during our stay. Eid is very proactive and send many useful messages during the stay. Check-in and Out is smooth. Housemates, she is polite and lovely. Highly recommend.
