- Making loud noise is prohibited as this building is resident area. - Smoking is prohibited in the room and common areas including room balcony, however we provide smoking space on the first floor. - Party or event is not allowed. - No illegal things during you stay. - Please help us to switch off A/C, lights and windows when you go out side. - Please take off your shoes and keep in the given sideboard before going to the room. - As our room is not a hotel we will not clean the room daily but we provide cleaning equipments such as vacuum machine, broom for you. - Please prepare copy of passport for your all member for making immigration reports. **During your stay please keep the keycard(s)with you especially when go outside. In case of loss you have to be charged for making new card 500 THB each**
